Dr. Irfan Hasnain Qaisrani
Director Research

A specialist in cybersecurity and emerging technologies, Dr. Qaisrani leads the technical program development at CCRAI, focusing on IT infrastructure and innovative cyber defense systems.

Dr. Waseem Khokhar
Director Outgrowth & External Affairs

Dr. Khokhar is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at MY University, Islamabad. His research focuses on Foreign Policy, Pakistan-US relations, and South Asia.

Dr. Qudsia Akram
Assistant Professor

Dr. Akram is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Kinnaird College for Women. Her expertise contributes to CCRAI's research on the geopolitical and social implications of technology.
